We collect the following types of information when you use GuardIQ:
Assessment data: Answers you provide to our security questionnaire (business type, size, current security practices, etc.). This data is used solely to generate your security report.
Integration credentials (optional): If you connect Microsoft 365 or AWS, we temporarily access security metadata from those systems to enhance your report. We do not store your credentials.
Payment information: If you purchase a report, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Usage data: Anonymous analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the platform. No personally identifiable information is included.
We use your information to: generate your personalised security assessment report; process payments; improve the GuardIQ platform; and communicate with you about your account if applicable. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Assessment data is processed in real-time using AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude API) and is not permanently stored after your report is generated. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Our infrastructure is hosted on Vercel and complies with industry-standard security practices.
We use essential cookies to make GuardIQ function correctly (e.g., remembering your consent preferences). We may use optional analytics cookies (e.g., Vercel Analytics) to understand how the platform is used. You can decline non-essential cookies using the consent banner on our site.
GuardIQ integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies: Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Microsoft Graph API (optional integration), AWS (optional integration).
