By accessing or using GuardIQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. GuardIQ is operated by Uruk Technology Solutions, an Australian registered business. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
GuardIQ is an AI-powered cybersecurity assessment platform that helps small and medium enterprises (SMEs) evaluate their security posture. The Service generates security reports based on user-provided information and optionally, data retrieved from connected third-party platforms (Microsoft 365, AWS).
Important: GuardIQ's reports are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended as guidance only. They do not constitute professional legal, compliance, or cybersecurity advice. We recommend consulting a qualified professional for binding compliance obligations.
The security assessment questionnaire is provided free of charge. A one-time payment is required to download the full PDF security report. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Uruk Technology Solutions does not store your payment card information. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of purchase if you believe a refund is warranted.
You agree to use GuardIQ only for lawful purposes. You must not: use the Service to assess systems or organisations you do not have permission to assess; attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service; use the Service in any way that could harm Uruk Technology Solutions or other users; or misrepresent your identity or the information you provide in assessments.
All content, design, code, and reports generated by GuardIQ are the intellectual property of Uruk Technology Solutions. Reports you purchase are licensed to you for your personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or represent AI-generated reports as independently produced professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Uruk Technology Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of GuardIQ. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report in question.
GuardIQ reports are AI-generated assessments based on self-reported data. We make no warranty that reports are complete, accurate, or suitable for regulatory compliance purposes.
When you connect Microsoft 365, AWS, or other third-party platforms, you confirm you have the necessary permissions and authority to do so. Uruk Technology Solutions is not responsible for any consequences arising from unauthorised integration connections.
Your use of GuardIQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GuardIQ after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
